What you will do

• Lead the product cybersecurity roadmap, including resource planning and enhancing organizational maturity.
• Manage a group of product cybersecurity engineers in collaboration with system engineering leads.
• Review cybersecurity risk assessments and threat modeling for specified products and projects.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure products meet all cybersecurity objectives.
• Analyze cybersecurity requirements and provide effort estimates during the quoting process.
• Work with hardware and software vendors to ensure technical solutions meet stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Novi, MI, US
• 5+ years of experience in embedded cybersecurity, preferably within the automotive industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development (C, C++, AUTOSAR).
• Expert knowledge of industry standards UNECE WP.29 and SAE J21434.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Certifications in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of ASPICE and ISO26262.
• Experience with Jira, Polarion, or Azure.
