What you will do
- Lead and mature the organization’s global threat intelligence capability, aligning it with business risk priorities.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of open-source, commercial, and proprietary threat intelligence.
- Develop strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence products for executive stakeholders and SOC teams.
- Manage threat actor profiling, TTP tracking, and sector-specific threat trend analysis.
- Collaborate with red teams, blue teams, vulnerability management, and incident response groups.
- Interface with internal legal/risk teams and external partners, including ISACs and government agencies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in threat intelligence, cybersecurity analysis, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in cyber threat actor tracking and geopolitical threat analysis.
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs), SIEMs, and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and Diamond Model.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, or a related discipline.
- Must be able to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or industry certifications (GCTI, GREM, CISSP, GIAC).
- Experience leading a global threat intelligence function or team.
- Prior experience in government intelligence, military cyber units, or critical infrastructure sectors.
