What you will do

• Plan and deliver corporate communications, including press materials, external briefings, and background notes.
• Support PR activity, media messaging, and thought leadership to build the company's external voice.
• Manage relationships with journalists, policymakers, and trade bodies, including meeting preparation.
• Monitor financial services policy and regulatory developments from the FCA, PRA, EBA, and ECB.
• Contribute to position papers and consultation responses reflecting strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to shape regulatory positions on emerging rules.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, corporate communications, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting clear and credible materials for external audiences.
• Experience in stakeholder management, ideally within a regulated industry.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a structured manner.
• Close attention to detail and sound judgement for externally facing materials.
• Must be based in London to work from the Central London office.
