What you will do

• Own and deliver AI enablement capabilities to improve the software development lifecycle.
• Design and build internal tools, workflows, and automation to make AI-assisted development safer and more consistent.
• Create and maintain engineering standards and reusable patterns for AI-assisted software delivery.
• Translate AI governance and security policies into usable engineering workflows.
• Build integrations for AI-assisted coding, testing, code review, onboarding, and knowledge retrieval.
• Coach engineers through workshops, documentation, and demos to drive AI adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex platforms.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Vue.js 3 and scalable frontend architecture patterns.
• Solid engineering fundamentals: clean architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate delivery pain points into practical solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in real software delivery.
• Experience with Node.js, Python, and AWS.
• Knowledge of RAG-style workflows, AI agents, and lightweight evaluation approaches for AI outputs.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments with strong governance and security discipline.
• Background in building internal platforms or developer productivity tools.
