What you will do

• Price and execute secured and unsecured funding trades, managing associated second-order risks.
• Monitor daily trading activities and manage market and operational risk.
• Build relationships with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Structuring teams to facilitate client activity.
• Collaborate with strategists and engineers to develop automated approaches to pricing, hedging, and risk management.
• Drive innovation through automation and process enhancements.
• Train and mentor junior team members on pricing and risk.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field with 3 years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience executing and pricing funding and derivative products (repos, borrow pledges, total return swaps, or interest rate swaps).
• Expertise in managing and hedging risks associated with funding products.
• Experience automating trader workflows and analyzing large financial datasets using VBA and Python.
• Strong understanding of regulatory liquidity and capital metrics.
• Must be based in New York, NY
