VP, Global Corporate Treasurer (Fintech)

VP, Global Corporate Treasurer (Fintech): Oversee and scale the firm’s Treasury function including day-to-day operations, FinOps, and stablecoin reserve management with an accent on liquidity risk frameworks, bank partnerships, and capital planning. What you will do

• Oversee global corporate treasury activities, financial operations, and day-to-day cash management.
• Manage bank relationships, liquidity needs, and maximize yield on cash investments.
• Lead stablecoin issuance reserve management, FX operations, and capital/liquidity risk frameworks.
• Build cash flow forecasting models and coordinate with FP&A, Finance, and Accounting for obligations.
• Implement controls for funds flows, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance Treasury Management Policy.
• Partner with CFO on capital planning and provide guidance to Financial Risk Committee.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of progressive Treasury, liquidity, and cash management experience in leadership positions.
• 8+ years in banking/FinTech with multi-currency exposure and deep global bank relationships.
• Strong capital/liquidity forecasting, risk management, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury management systems, US GAAP (FX, investments, crypto assets), and reporting software.
• Prior experience building scalable processes, automation, and managerial experience in global Treasury.
• Effective communicator with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in capital markets role.
• Prior institutional Crypto experience.
