What you will do

• Load rate data into TMS and resolve errors
• Create rate schedules using Access tools, review documents, and send to carriers for signature
• Research and fix discrepancies in data
• Recognize risks in business terms or processes and escalate appropriately
• Work with teams on import templates and TMS understanding, representing department in onboarding and bidding
• Interpret rate agreements to create import templates

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in office environment
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and utilization of Transportation Management Systems

Nice to have

• BA or BS in Business Administration or related
• 2-3 years transportation, office, or accounting experience
• 1 year transportation account auditing experience
