What you will do

• Manage accounting operations (cash management, accounts production, tax declarations) for Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Chongqing entities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports in accordance with Local and US GAAP standards.
• Coordinate payroll with external service providers from preparation to approval.
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze variations.
• Support the statutory audit process and prepare basic tax packages.
• Develop cash forecasts and manage intercompany payments and settlements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in accounting.
• 3-4+ years of experience in a professional accounting position.
• Fluent in English (C2 level).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different regions and functions.
• Proven capacity to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
