What you will do

• Own full accounting cycle for Swedish, Polish, German, and U.K. entities including transaction recording and period-end closing
• Prepare workpapers and support external audit processes
• Manage order-to-cash and purchase-to-payment cycles for accurate processing and working capital
• Use finance tools, data platforms, and AI workflows to boost efficiency
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Assist with compliance across European entities, partnering with HR, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years experience in accounting with transaction processing, journal entries, month-end close, and reporting
• Conceptual understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/K3/US GAAP) and general ledger impact

Nice to have

• Exposure to accounting process improvements like automation or system changes
• SaaS, subscription, or tech accounting experience
• Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency environments
