What you will do

• Provide technical support to internal end-users via Jira, Slack, and other systems
• Administer platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
• Install and configure hardware, software, networks, and applications
• Monitor office IT infrastructure proactively and recommend solutions
• Document processes, enforce IT policies, and standardize global practices
• Offer user training on new software and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced international environment
• Experience with user support (Jira, Confluence), MDM, and Identity Provider (JumpCloud)
• Support for Windows and macOS devices
• Strong knowledge of corporate networking and security
• Fluent English at professional working level
