What you will do

• Own and drive the end-to-end SEO strategy for the Philippines market.
• Analyze local search behavior and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead execution across content, technical, and authority pillars, transitioning from hands-on work to team leadership.
• Build and scale a high-performing local SEO team through hiring and mentorship.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to embed SEO in decision-making.
• Define and track country-level KPIs to ensure measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Native Filipino speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of the Philippine market, cultural nuances, and local search intent.
• Proven experience leading SEO strategy for large-scale websites (500+ pages).
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to operate pragmatically in ambiguous environments without existing playbooks.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
