What you will do

• Manage daily operations to meet SLAs, KPIs, and SOX compliance.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members for growth and positive culture.
• Collaborate with business counterparts, vendors, and Global Process Owners.
• Lead global and regional projects and support audits.
• Oversee accurate financial reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in P2P, Finance Processes, or Shared Services.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP, Concur, and MS Excel.

Nice to have

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Ariba.
• Process improvement (Lean or Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt).
• Knowledge of USA, Canada, and LATAM markets.
• Proficiency in Portuguese.
