What you will do

• Act as go-to resource for GA queries, owning month-end close and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with LATAM affiliate finance to prepare and review accounting entries and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Develop monthly trial balance packages, fluctuation analyses, and financial reporting for the region.
• Prepare account reconciliations and local statutory financial statements per timelines.
• Support GA projects, team coverage, training, and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain strong affiliate business knowledge and deliver excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• University degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in RTR/Finance in SSC/BPO, with multinational GA knowledge and US GAAP/IFRS.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication skills; control-oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP; ability to work in global teams across cultures.
• Flexibility, prioritization, attention to detail, and full ownership.

Nice to have

• CPA, CIMA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
