What you will do

• Own day-to-day moderation, membership approvals, and engagement in the parenting-focused Facebook Group.
• Monitor content for guideline adherence and foster vibrant conversations daily.
• Analyze posts for themes, pain points, and opportunities; compile reports on group health and performance.
• Support social media team with content ideas, scheduling, publishing, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in community management or social media, with focus on growing Facebook Groups.
• Genuine interest in parenting and/or health & wellness to connect authentically.
• Exceptional empathy, interpersonal skills, and written communication in English and Tagalog.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
