What you will do

• Lead and develop the Advanced Social Media Team by setting direction and maintaining high quality standards.
• Own crisis and incident leadership for social media, coordinating with Marketing and Comms during sensitive situations.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable team plans that support the broader User Voice mission.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and identifying process improvements.
• Act as the quality interface between the Advanced Social Media Team and external support partners.
• Build and maintain frameworks, playbooks, and documentation for consistent team operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading specialist or subject matter expert teams.
• Deep expertise in social media, including crisis management and handling sensitive content.
• Strong coaching skills with the ability to provide calibrated insight for team growth.
• Ability to balance strategic direction with day-to-day operational accountability.
• Experience building trust with cross-functional stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
• Comfort working in complex and ambiguous environments.
