What you will do

- Provide high-level customer service for games, media, and digital products.
- Utilize CRM, listening, and publishing tools to monitor and manage community engagement.
- Coordinate communication between the studio and global partners.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in customer service within games, media, or digital products.
- Proven experience in moderating online forums.
- Experience working within online gaming environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work in the Makati office.
