TL;DR

Full-stack Engineer (AI): Building and deploying secure and innovative GenAI capabilities within the Enterprise AI engineering team with an accent on RAG, LLMs, and MLOps. Focus on developing AI-driven applications using Python, React, and TypeScript to drive real business value.

Location: Hybrid (UK - Hook), requiring three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and support cutting-edge GenAI capabilities and AI-driven applications.
• Implement secure and efficient engineering outcomes using a modern technology stack.
• Collaborate with Senior and Principal Engineers to execute the strategic direction of AI capabilities.
• Design high-quality solutions incorporating automated testing, security, and architectural alignment.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Resolve technical barriers for internal and external application teams to facilitate deployment.

Requirements

• Solid experience delivering and maintaining software products within DevSecOps and AI environments.
• Practical hands-on experience or strong theoretical knowledge of RAG, LLMs, and MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (ideally GCP or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Hook office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NLP, Embeddings, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience or willingness to work across different time zones within a global organization.
