What you will do

  • Formulate, own, and deliver client services strategies in collaboration with MD APAC, Global CEO, and management.
  • Oversee development and growth of client accounts, maintaining senior-level relationships.
  • Act as main point of contact for senior client conversations, leading status meetings as needed.
  • Own client reporting processes and manage expectations with production and business development teams.
  • Create account development plans and drive project improvements.
  • Participate in APAC Management Partnership meetings and assist with office operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in client services, account management, and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of clients' business needs, challenges, and competitors.
  • Ability to develop and implement client services best practices and processes.
  • Proven track record in growing client accounts and delivering high-quality projects.
  • Location in or ability to work from Makati (Remote).
