What you will do

  • Manage transfer pricing lifecycle including planning, policy implementation, monitoring, documentation, controversy, and operational execution.
  • Prepare local file and master file documentation and conduct functional analyses interviews for cross-border intercompany transactions.
  • Analyze new and existing intercompany transactions for appropriate transfer pricing treatment under OECD and U.S. principles.
  • Partner with cross-functional groups to understand tax impacts and implement strategic transfer pricing opportunities.
  • Support transfer pricing audits, manage requests from auditors and taxing authorities, and assist with tax planning projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive tax and transfer pricing experience in public accounting or industry.
  • Knowledge of U.S. IRC Sections 482 and 6662, and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • CPA, CFA, or CMA designation.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis.
  • Experience with SAP, S4 HANA, and OneStream.
  • Skills in process documentation and improvement using Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau.
