Location: Hybrid with 2 days a week onsite in Brick Lane office, London

What you will do
- Verify and process incoming invoices from partner MNOs and roaming hubs against contractual terms.
- Reconcile invoices with internal systems like Ariba and roaming agreements, escalating discrepancies.
- Create and manage purchase orders in Ariba for timely approvals and payments.
- Monitor payment schedules, track liabilities, and support cash-flow visibility.
- Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement) and external partners on queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, GSMA principles, and commercial frameworks.
- Support lifecycle of roaming agreements including setup, renewals, and terminations.
- Assist with financial reporting, budget adherence, and traffic reconciliation.
Requirements
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with GSMA roaming processes including TAP/Data clearing and financial settlement.
- Understanding of inbound/outbound roaming principles, wholesale agreements, and charging models.
- Experience with large volumes of invoices or data.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to international roaming domain.
- Background in telecommunications, mobile operators, or roaming vendors.
- Experience with GSMA processes or roaming billing environments.
