TL;DR
Middle Site Reliability Engineer (iGaming): Powering high-performance iGaming systems with automation, observability, and 24/7 reliability with an accent on production stability and incident response. Location: Fully remote. Offices available in London, Limassol, Tbilisi, and Yerevan for those who prefer a hybrid setup.

What you will do
- Handle shift-based operations including monitoring, alert response, and incident handling.
- Perform technical investigations and coordinate with engineering teams for incident resolution.
- Develop and refine observability tools, metrics, alerts, and dashboards across platforms.
- Reduce operational toil by creating automation, runbooks, and repeatable processes.
- Maintain technical documentation and Knowledge Base within the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve production readiness and reliability practices.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a production-focused role (Ops, Support L2+, DevOps, or Junior SRE).
- Proficiency in Linux production environments, including debugging, system services, and logs.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing, TLS).
- Experience with containerization using Docker or compatible runtimes.
- Ability to troubleshoot across application, network, and infrastructure layers.
- Availability to cover late-evening and night shifts in rotation.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, ALB/NLB, RDS, S3, IAM).
- Exposure to Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Experience working in high-availability environments where downtime is critical.
