Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack): Building and scaling Workforce Management features including scheduling, shift management, time tracking, and labor forecasting with an accent on full-stack development across React/React Native interfaces and Node.js backend services. Location: Fully remote. Available during core Central European working hours, whether from Copenhagen or London office or remotely.

What you will do

• Own full-stack features for Workforce Management product, from manager/employee interfaces to scalable backend services and data layers.
• Design, build, and maintain systems for scheduling, time & attendance, labor cost management, handling multi-location complexity and regulations.
• Collaborate with Platform, Learning, and other teams for seamless integration and shared architectural standards.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive best practices for performance, reliability, and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack experience with React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js
• Deep experience in correctness-critical domains like scheduling or ops tooling, focusing on edge cases and data integrity.
• Ability to design highly available, scalable distributed systems.
• Genuinely AI-native: integrate AI tools into development workflow
• Fluent English spoken and written
• Available during core Central European working hours

• Experience in scheduling, payroll, logistics, or ops tooling.
