What you will do

• Analyze traffic, behavioral, and signals data to identify patterns, anomalies, and data quality issues
• Design and maintain AI agents, dashboards, and reporting pipelines to track data quality, trends, and product health
• Translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for engineering, product, and cross-functional teams
• Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure data quality and integrity across product pipelines
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to improve models based on QA findings
• Support data needs for supply-side intelligence, MFA detection, seller/app ratings, and compliance products

Requirements

• PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
• 3–6 years in data science, ML, or data analytics
• Strong statistical foundation: distributions, hypothesis testing, model evaluation
• Hands-on with LLMs and AI agents: prompt engineering, tool use, agentic workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Critical thinking on data quality and model outputs; clear communication

• Experience in cybersecurity, fraud detection, trust & safety, or digital advertising
• Multi-agent orchestration patterns
• Comfort in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements
