What you will do

• Design and implement multi-agent architectures for autonomous fraud detection using LangChain, AutoGen, or custom systems.
• Develop advanced reasoning systems with test-time compute optimization, chain-of-thought, and verification for high-stakes decisions.
• Build multimodal models for video, image, text, and behavioral data analysis.
• Create sophisticated RAG architectures with vector databases, hybrid search, and context-aware retrieval.
• Research agent safety, alignment, cross-modal learning, and scalable ML deployment.
• Conduct large-scale experiments and translate innovations into production at scale.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field (or exceptional research track record)
• Published research in LLMs, transformers, agentic AI, multimodal learning, or scalable ML.
• Expert in Python, PyTorch (preferred), LangChain, Hugging Face, Ray, RAG, vector DBs, distributed training.
• Strong knowledge of transformers, RL, MLOps, optimization, statistics.
• Track record in algorithm innovation, experimentation (Weights & Biases, MLflow).

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud detection, cybersecurity, trust & safety.
• Open-source AI contributions or industry research at top labs (DeepMind, OpenAI).
• MoE architectures, Constitutional AI, inference optimization, real-time ML.
