Manager SAP Finance Systems – General Ledger

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 240,000–300,000 PLN per year

What you will do

• Own and support SAP Finance solutions across operational run, enhancements, and new implementations.
• Partner with Finance and GTS stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize demand, and implement SAP improvements.
• Lead Finance process discussions covering General Ledger, multi-currency and FX management, fixed assets, month-end processing, intercompany reconciliation, and statutory reporting.
• Gather and validate requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and support functional design documentation.
• Support solution build, testing, deployment, hypercare, user documentation, communications, and training.
• Maintain audit, control, and compliance standards for supported applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, ERP, or consulting environment.
• 5+ years of experience with systems integrations and implementations.
• 5+ years of experience across the full systems development lifecycle: design, build, test, deployment, and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, Finance processes, requirements analysis, testing, and end-user training.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of SAP Finance experience, including localization requirements.
• Exposure to BlackLine, consolidation engines, reporting, and data visualization tools.
• Project delivery experience and strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
