Manager SAP Finance Systems (General Ledger)

TL;DR

SAP Finance Systems Manager (General Ledger): Support, sustainment, and continuous improvement of SAP Finance capabilities including FI module with an accent on entity enablement, intercompany reconciliation, tax configuration, statutory reporting, and month end close processes. Focus on designing scalable solutions, leading process enhancements, and ensuring compliance across global operations.

Location: Warsaw, Poland (onsite)

Salary: 240,000–300,000 PLN (Poland)

What you will do

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify, design, and implement SAP improvements for efficiency and productivity.
• Own and support SAP Finance solutions including operational run and future enhancements.
• Lead discussions on Finance processes like month end close, intercompany reconciliation, master data, and integrations.
• Provide hands-on expertise in General Ledger, Multi Currency & FX Mgmt., Fixed Assets, Statutory reporting.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, deployment, and hypercare for SAP FI/CO.
• Support project planning, audit activities, and cross-functional integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical, ERP, or consulting environment
• 5+ years with systems integrations and implementations
• 5+ years across full systems development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related; Master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Finance processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of SAP Finance experience across localization requirements.
• Exposure to adjacent Finance technologies (e.g., BlackLine, Consolidation Engines).
• Project delivery, requirements analysis, testing, end-user training experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools.
