Application Integration Architect and Integration COE Lead (API/Event-Driven): Leading the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide application integrations across global IT landscape with an accent on API-based, event-driven, and cloud-native patterns. Focus on establishing and evolving Integration Center of Excellence, defining standards, governing API lifecycle, and architecting integrations across SaaS, cloud, and on-premises platforms.
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Onsite, Full-time)
Salary: 289,800–362,300 PLN (Poland)

What you will do
- Lead enterprise application integration architecture focusing on API-based and event-driven integrations.
- Establish and lead the Integration Center of Excellence, including standards, governance, and best practices.
- Define integration standards, patterns, and govern API lifecycle management (design, versioning, security, documentation).
- Architect integrations across SaaS, cloud, and on-premises platforms, aligning with enterprise strategy.
- Provide technical leadership, evaluate technologies, review designs, and oversee delivery with system integrators.
- Mentor integration architects and engineers while supporting global business initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in application integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong expertise in API-based integration design and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, SaaS integrations, and iPaaS (Informatica IDMC desirable).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience providing technical leadership and working with service providers.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with regulated environments.
