What you will do

• Analyze business and functional requirements to design scalable, end-to-end solution architectures.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops to shape service solutions, including scope and risk assessment.
• Partner with Sales teams to develop RFP/RFI responses, effort estimations, and commercial proposals.
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives such as legacy application modernization and Enterprise Data Platform evolution (DWH, Lakehouse).
• Build and manage high-performing nearshore teams, overseeing capacity planning and resource continuity.
• Act as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders and ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (spoken and written).
• 8–12+ years of experience in solution architecture, IT services, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record in pre-sales and managing enterprise-scale IT/data transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data platforms (DWH, Data Lake, Lakehouse) and system integration patterns.
• Experience leading distributed or nearshore delivery teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Gdansk (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Background in financial services, specifically banking or insurance.
• Experience with CRM platforms, middleware, or legacy technologies such as WebLogic and SAS.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory environments.
