• Perform calibration and verification of mechanical inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• Conduct calibrations in the laboratory and at customer facilities.
• Document results accurately and maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and provide technical support.
• Handle, maintain, and operate calibration equipment properly.
• Collaborate with team to meet timelines and deliver quality service; up to 20% overnight travel to local customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in calibration of tensile and compression test machines
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in industrial environments and lift up to 50 pounds
• Clean driving record; ability to travel by car or air
• U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR
• Pass background check and drug screen; ability to work overtime and adapt to schedule changes

Nice to have

• Experience with extensometers, Rockwell/Brinell/micro/macro hardness testers
• Experience with torque, pressure, surface plates, optical comparators, weight scales, micrometers, calipers
