What you will do

• Complete assigned work orders in a timely fashion using CMMS
• Respond to emergency and after-hours requests
• Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment including company vehicle and tools
• Procure materials, track costs, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist team members and perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all safety policies, OSHA, and customer regulations

Requirements

• Perform minor carpentry/drywall repairs, painting, mechanical repairs (door hinges, latches, locks), plumbing, glass replacements, floor scrubber repairs
• Work well independently and in a team
• Use iPhone for real-time work order tracking and reconciliation
• Maintain company vehicle and records
