What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to move and transform data from operational systems to reporting environments.
• Shape and evolve data foundations including warehousing, data models, and engineering best practices for scalable analytics.
• Prepare datasets and data flows supporting internal reporting, product analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Ensure data pipelines and datasets are robust, well-structured, and reliable for business-critical decisions.
• Collaborate with analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate data needs into practical solutions.
• Prototype innovations, document data structures, and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or relevant field.
• At least 2 years experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• At least 2 years hands-on SQL experience in data engineering or warehousing context.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and analytical data models, preferably Snowflake.
• Understanding of data quality, pipeline reliability, and maintainable data structures.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or similar tooling.
• Experience with .NET / C#.
• Experience with database-per-tenant architecture.
• Experience supporting data pipelines for AI / machine learning.
