What you will do
- Resolve delivery exceptions and shipment data issues through accurate entry and tracking.
- Coordinate directly with facilities and carriers via phone to resolve escalations quickly.
- Provide carriers and customers with prompt updates while maintaining professional relationships.
- Prioritize urgent issues and determine the best resolution paths based on urgency.
- Analyze processes and suggest ideas to improve the carrier and customer experience.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) is required.
- Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico for onsite work.
- 2 years of experience with customer interaction, or a bachelor’s degree combined with 1 year of experience.
- Availability to work an alternate schedule: Thursday to Sunday, 06:00-17:00.
