Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and cashflow forecasts based on project specifications.
• Manage project costs including labour, materials, and subcontractors; analyse variations and recommend resolutions.
• Administer contracts, ensure compliance, and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
• Monitor costs throughout project lifecycle, implement controls, and report on overruns or savings.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors via MS Teams.
• Prepare financial reports, contribute to project reviews, and support overhead lines workload.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as Quantity Surveyor in civils/infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimating, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with sound commercial judgement and flexibility.
