What you will do

• Design and execute tests for automotive and mobile projects.
• Set up and maintain test environments for both client and server sides.
• Build and develop automated test frameworks for OTA products.
• Analyze defects, solve problems, and create detailed test reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of development and testing workflows.
• Maintain technical support knowledge bases through documentation and issue tracking.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience testing complex client/server solutions.
• Proficiency in Java 11+, Cucumber, Selenium, and JSystem.
• Experience with Linux, networking, and scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy).
• Native level Japanese and comprehensive English skills are required.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Strong foundation in OOP and advanced design patterns (Factory, POM, etc.).
• Experience with Playwright for web UI automation and Locust for performance testing.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions, branching strategies, and PR workflows.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, or Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
