What you will do

• Ensure and maintain final product quality for electronic automotive products after shipment.
• Perform detailed defect analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage and maintain specialized measurement equipment.
• Conduct quality audits to strengthen the overall quality assurance system.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in Japan and ownership of a personal vehicle for commuting.
• Business-level Japanese communication skills (including reading and writing Kanji).
• Knowledge of measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Familiarity with ISO or IATF quality standards.
• Knowledge of electronic components and circuits.
• High school diploma or higher.
