What you will do

• Monitor and analyze dynamic campaign performance indicators to identify areas for client improvement.
• Identify trends and anomalies in campaign data to inform optimization strategies.
• Implement bid, targeting, and creative optimizations to boost campaign performance.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to refine campaign elements.
• Generate performance reports with actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to align objectives and target audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in digital media or data-intensive environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Python, R, Excel, or BI tools for data visualization and processing.
• Strong expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary for a hybrid work schedule.
