What you will do

• Mentor Project Managers and Associates on assessments.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, sampling, interviews with owners/personnel/officials, and photograph conditions.
• Compile data, author technical reports, and prepare supporting documents.
• Plan, schedule, track timelines, and communicate progress/issues to Director and clients.
• Provide recommendations on cleanup, risks, costs, and transaction impacts.
• Coordinate scope changes and deliver customer service.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in ESAs, PCAs, PCNAs, engineering/architectural consulting; Freddie Mae/Fannie Mac/HUD scopes
• Bachelor’s in engineering, geology, environmental science, architecture, or construction-related field
• Professional licensure (RA, PG, PE) or EP designation highly preferred
• Familiarity with ASTM E1527-21, E2018-24, civil/structural/geotechnical principles, ADA, Fair Housing Act
• Proficiency in MS Office; valid driver’s license; motor vehicle record & background check required
• Ability to manage multiple projects, travel 40-60%, navigate sites physically, climb ladders
