What you will do

• Contribute to overall system software architecture for embedded and SOC-based Car Audio Systems.
• Create SW design and architecture for mid-to-high complexity systems from idea to product launch.
• Lead MCU, DSP, AVB software architecture teams for feasibility, performance, and cost optimization.
• Participate in selecting next-generation digital processing components.
• Develop designs with system, cybersecurity, and FuSa architects; prepare RFQ system definitions.
• Perform technical presentations to OEMs and generate detailed SW system block diagrams.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with software/hardware and embedded systems knowledge
• 10+ years in OEM automotive product design (audio preferred)
• Vehicle buses: CAN, Ethernet, A2B; onboard: I2C, SPI, TDM, UART
• Hardware/software development, debugging, validation experience
• In-depth automotive design process understanding; tools for requirements and system design
• Good written/verbal English; ability to communicate architecture persuasively
• Flexible, self-motivated, relationship-building skills

Nice to have

• DSP SW knowledge; Enterprise Architect (EA), DOORS Next Gen (DNG)
• Audio frameworks, AutoSAR, RTOS; cybersecurity/functional safety basics
• Automotive SPICE; C/C++ embedded development; OEM experience
• TS16949 quality tools (PPAP, APQP, etc.)
