What you will do

• Provide L2/L3 production support for OMS and printing platforms, ensuring high availability and performance
• Monitor and manage end-to-end output workflows, including document generation, batch processing, printing, and distribution
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• Support deployments, releases, configuration changes, patching, and post-deployment validation
• Drive automation, process optimization, and compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with global teams, participate in BCP/DR activities, and act as technical escalation point

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience in Production/Application Support (L2/L3)
• Experience with Output Management Systems (OMS), document processing, or enterprise printing solutions
• Knowledge of batch processing and job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys)
• Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux environments and strong database knowledge (Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL)
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management (ITIL); familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics)
• Scripting/automation skills (Shell, Python, or similar); experience in banking/financial services

Nice to have

• Knowledge of printing systems, document distribution, or fax/output channels
• Experience working in global or distributed teams
