What you will do

• Lead and manage marketing initiatives including collateral, reports, campaigns, thought leadership, and capabilities documents across multiple channels.
• Partner with graphic designers to provide creative direction and enhance content.
• Deliver final marketing content to stakeholders and business partners.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing & Research to develop content supporting strategic initiatives.
• Align marketing plans with team leads' business objectives.
• Ensure global brand standards and positioning in all activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
• 3+ years of marketing and/or communications experience preferred.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills to balance multiple priorities.
• Proactive and assertive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interface with internal clients.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe InDesign preferred.
• Interest in Commercial Real Estate industry required.
