What you will do

• Develop and oversee cost and schedule management programs, tools, and processes for large-scale capital programs.
• Integrate third-party plans into comprehensive cost plans and provide leadership in detailed cost analysis and risk mitigation.
• Manage accruals, forecasts, and reporting for multiple projects while leading risk management and earned value implementation.
• Supervise invoice reviews, RFP development, contract negotiations, project estimates, and value engineering.
• Lead a team of analysts in developing and refining project control procedures for the organization and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred; relevant certifications preferred.
• 12+ years of related experience including 2+ years in management; relevant industry experience in project controls required.
• Advanced project management skills, expertise in client relations, consulting, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
