Location: Remote (UK), expectancy of travelling to the Manchester office once a month

What you will do

• Act as a visible industry leader and advocate for hirify.global within the UK education and training sector.
• Engage with training providers, colleges, and employers to identify emerging challenges and regulatory changes.
• Define and maintain the strategic product vision and roadmap for the hirify.global platform.
• Translate customer insights into clear product opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D leadership to ensure the product roadmap is clearly defined and deliverable.
• Establish hirify.global as a trusted voice in EdTech and vocational learning.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in education technology, vocational learning, or apprenticeship delivery.
• Deep understanding of the UK education and training sector, including regulatory frameworks and funding models.
• Proven ability to translate market insight into product strategy.
• Experience engaging with customers and stakeholders at senior levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with learning platforms, e-portfolios, or digital assessment systems.
• Existing network within training providers, FE colleges, or the apprenticeship sector.
• Experience presenting at industry events or conferences.
