TL;DR

2nd Line Technical Support Engineer: Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues in a fast-moving, high-transaction platform used across international markets with an accent on log analysis, API troubleshooting, and database queries. Focus on root cause analysis, collaborating with developers, product teams, and external partners, and improving system stability and support processes.

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

  • Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues
  • Analyze logs, APIs, and database data to find root causes
  • Work closely with developers, product teams, and external partners
  • Improve system stability and support processes

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Experience in 2nd line / advanced technical support
  • Good understanding of APIs (Postman, Swagger or similar)
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Experience with logging/monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana)
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
