What you will do
- Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues
- Analyze logs, APIs, and database data to find root causes
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and external partners
- Improve system stability and support processes
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Experience in 2nd line / advanced technical support
- Good understanding of APIs (Postman, Swagger or similar)
- Solid SQL skills
- Experience with logging/monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana)
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
