We're looking for a Middle CRM Manager who knows how to turn player data into personalized experiences that drive retention, increase LTV, and keep players coming back.

If you're passionate about lifecycle marketing, bonus mechanics, trigger campaigns, and love seeing real impact from your strategies — this role is for you.

What You'll Do:


Develop and execute CRM strategy to boost player retention, LTV, and engagement
Design, launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app)
Build and improve key trigger flows: welcome, activation, retention, reactivation, and VIP journeys
Segment player base by activity, deposits, behavior, and churn risk
Manage bonus system and promotions (free spins, deposit bonuses, cashback, tournaments)
Run continuous A/B testing of communications and offers
Analyze campaign and funnel performance (CR, ARPU, LTV, churn)
Optimize player journey and personalize all communications
Ensure high data quality in CRM and monitor integrations
Collaborate closely with Product, BI, Marketing, and Anti-Fraud teams
Manage full player lifecycle from registration to retention and reactivation


What We're Looking For:


At least 1 year of experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
Experience with player segmentation and lifecycle communications
Hands-on experience launching mass and trigger campaigns
Proficiency with A/B testing and interpreting results
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Upper-Intermediate English (B2)


Nice to Have:


Experience with Optimove
Experience with Africa, Australia, or European markets.
