What you will do

• Plan and design computerized databases, including base definition, structure, documentation, and operational guidelines.
• Establish and maintain security and integrity controls for master files and various support tools.
• Perform application DBA tasks such as application cloning, patching, and database migration.
• Monitor Oracle production database backups globally and troubleshoot technical database issues.
• Propose and implement system enhancements to improve overall reliability and performance.
• Provide technical direction and formally train junior staff while collaborating with senior internal and external personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in database administration.
• Experience analyzing data of diverse scope and evaluating identifiable factors to find solutions.
• Strong judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for technical problem-solving.
