Salary: $176,512 – $187,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the microarchitecture of new IP to optimize performance, I/O, power consumption, and area utilization.
• Implement and simulate IP blocks in RTL using SystemVerilog and VHDL.
• Integrate complex systems utilizing both internal and third-party IP.
• Mentor and guide other ASIC design engineers and lead major programs to successful completion.
• Identify and apply AI opportunities for continuous innovation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 8+ years of job-related experience (or a Master's degree plus 6 years).
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Deep expertise in RTL coding, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, and formal verification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
