Systems Engineer

TL;DR

Systems Engineer: Build technologies to counter tampering, reverse engineering, and supply chain threats with an accent on requirements management, system architecture, and integration testing. Focus on designing tests, troubleshooting hardware/software systems, managing technical baselines, and leading risk/opportunity assessments.

Salary: USD $124,445 - $132,000/Yr.

What you will do

• Manage requirements: creation, allocation, derivation, and tracing
• Design and analyze system architecture, including technical reviews
• Develop and track key technical performance measures
• Lead integration and test: troubleshooting, verification, test design, and execution
• Manage technical baseline: change, configuration, defect resolution, and release
• Oversee reviews of work products and Kanban boards
• Handle risk and opportunity management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering or related field + 5+ years experience (or Master’s + 3 years)
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance required at hire
• 3+ years systems engineering; preference for DoD systems experience
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware/software architectures (CPU, FPGA, OS, user space)
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related
• Strong analytical skills, ability to articulate complex concepts in writing
• Creative with experience interfacing with external customers
