What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment, configuration, and onboarding of the safety platform across complex customer systems.
• Design and implement necessary data pipelines, APIs, and instrumentation to operationalize the platform.
• Embed with customer teams to analyze autonomy architectures and safety workflows to create actionable integration plans.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across software, infrastructure, and system boundaries.
• Collaborate with internal product and safety engineering experts to ensure solutions scale effectively.
• Develop repeatable processes and documentation to improve onboarding efficiency.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is a precondition of employment.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or solutions engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering with hands-on experience in Python or C++.
• Experience deploying and supporting complex technical systems in safety-critical or high-reliability environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and manage technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, or robotics.
• Background in machine learning infrastructure, simulation, or digital engineering.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as UL 4600, ISO 26262, DO 178C, or MIL STD 882.
• Experience with enterprise deployments, platform architectures, and SDKs.
