Salary: $143,000 - $153,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the development of technical solutions for federal, state, and local RFPs, RFQs, and white papers.
• Architect secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that integrate hirify.global’s capabilities.
• Ensure all solutions comply with government security and accessibility requirements, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508.
• Author and refine technical sections for proposals, including narratives, architecture diagrams, and cost justifications.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers, Proposal Managers, and SMEs to align solutions with customer challenges.
• Leverage AI/LLMs and automation tools to streamline technical writing while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3+ years supporting government contract proposals.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Must be based in one of the specific US states listed in the location section.
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes (GSA, IDIQs, BPAs).
• Strong technical writing skills to translate complex IT concepts into compelling narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Technical Solution Architect at large systems integrators with a track record of winning large-scale programs.
• Familiarity with human-centered design, open-source technologies, and modular contracting.
• Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevSecOps, and AI-powered automation.
