What you will do

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across complex back-office systems, workflows, and enterprise business processes.
• Develop and execute test strategies and validation approaches aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered QA solutions and intelligent automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage priorities between BAU support and project deliverables while ensuring production stability.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align on quality expectations and release readiness.
• Mentor and coach QA engineers through reviews, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive Quality Assurance experience.
• Proven experience supporting finance systems, specifically SAP, Zuora, and OneSource.
• Expertise in designing and implementing test automation solutions using Worksoft.
• Strong practical knowledge of risk-based testing methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.
• Experience in QA transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of scripting, automation frameworks, and AI-driven testing tools.
