Junior QA Engineer (SAP)

Location: Remote (must be based in Romania)

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior testers and functional consultants in international teams.
• Support testing, debugging, and optimization of SAP banking applications.
• Gradually take ownership of testing topics within client-facing projects.
• Develop skills in ABAP and SAP banking solution implementation.
• Support customization of core banking and payment systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Software Engineering.
• Solid foundation in at least one programming language such as Python, C++, ABAP, or Java.
• Strong understanding of programming logic, OOP, and data structures.
• Advanced German (B2/C1) required for client communication.
• Advanced English skills required.
• Ability to learn fast and handle technical complexity with an ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in software development.
• Exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or enterprise applications.
• Interest in banking, finance, or large-scale systems.
